Guaranteed Employee Benefits
The Employee will receive benefits that comply with local employment laws, including but not limited to:
Minimum Wage Compliance
The salary will meet or exceed the applicable local minimum wage requirements.
Overtime
Overtime compensation will be provided if the employee works beyond the standard working hours. The Client must fulfill the incurred compensation in full, along with the administrative fees. For all details and procedures regarding overtime, bonuses, gifts, and related requests, please contact your Account Manager. Courtpals, LLC ensures compliance with local labor laws and applicable taxes in all such transactions.
Breaks and Rest Periods
The employee will be entitled to breaks and rest periods as mandated by local employment regulations. For the standard work schedule of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the time zone determined according to the Client's location, the Employee will have a one (1) hour paid lunch break scheduled within that work window, included as part of the regular schedule. This schedule may be adjusted by mutual agreement to meet operational needs, provided applicable local requirements are respected.
Leave Entitlements & PTO
The employee will have access to paid or unpaid leave — including vacation leave, sick leave, and public holidays — in accordance with local laws. The Client will be timely notified of the observance of public holidays and other approved time off.
Benefits According to the Plan Selected by the Client
Applicable only if the client chooses to extend the relationship beyond the initial 3-month trial period.
Other Custom Employee Benefits
Subject to the Client's choice if they wish to provide additional benefits to their employee(s), which will be outlined in every Client Agreement.
Courtpals reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or through updates on our website.
