Courtpals provides legal support services including declarations, translations, EOR services, and expert witness coordination. You agree to use these services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Payment for services is required as specified in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and case materials in accordance with professional standards and applicable law.
Courtpals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
