By accessing and using Courtpals services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Courtpals provides legal support services including declarations, translations, EOR services, and expert witness coordination. You agree to use these services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Payment for services is required as specified in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Creating a Courtpals account does not include promotional wallet funds. Promotional wallet funds are granted only when Courtpals provides a designated promotional signup link that includes those funds. Courtpals may change or end promotional offers at any time.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and case materials in accordance with professional standards and applicable law.
Courtpals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Hearing postings, documents, messages, and profile photos are submitted by users. You may not post illegal, harassing, or misleading content. Courtpals may remove content and restrict accounts that break these terms. In the app you can report a posting or block another attorney so their open hearings are hidden on your device. Email support@courtpals.com for a review.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
