  • Courtpals uses a secure Employer of Record (EOR) model to handle your Virtual Assistant’s payroll from start to finish. We receive your payment and then split it into two, ensuring employees are paid biweekly.

    Throughout this process, we calculate the necessary taxes, manage all deductions, and provide full benefits—strictly complying with labor laws to minimize risk.

    By centralizing and streamlining every step, we keep employees consistently satisfied, which leads to significantly higher retention rates.

  • You can easily access your payment history and invoices through your Courtpals Dashboard.

    1. Navigate to the Billing & Payments button.

    2. Enter your email, it usually is the one you’ve been using to communicate with your Account Manager

    3. Check your inbox for the secure link to your private Customer Portal.

    If you have any questions regarding charges or need an itemized statement, contact your Account Manager.

  • Yes, all processes are outlined in the “Manage and Optimize my Team” button.

    If you wish to provide a bonus or gift to your VA, simply notify your Account Manager. We’ll include the bonus in the next payroll cycle, and you’ll see the amount reflected on your monthly invoice.

  • Yes, you can cancel your service at any time. To initiate cancellation:

    1. Review the notice period stated in your agreement (commonly 15 or 30 days).

    2. Send a written cancellation request to your Courtpals Account Manager or our Support Team.

    3. We will guide you through the off-boarding process, which may include final payroll calculations and transitioning tasks.

    We strive to make cancellation straightforward and fair, following the terms outlined in your contract.

  • Courtpals offers a prorated refund when services are canceled within the notice period.

    If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied or need to terminate our partnership, contact our Support Team to discuss your situation.

    We will review your account, calculate any remaining balance owed, and process the refund accordingly—always in line with the provisions detailed in our Terms of Service.
